Scope and roles

Product: InselLabor on iOS (bundle identifier com.ferro.insellabor)
What this notice is: A public description of processing that is typical for this binary: local records, optional Apple commerce, and limited connectivity for content or legal pages.
What this notice is not: It does not replace Apple's privacy disclosures for App Store, iCloud, Game Center, or device analytics that Apple operates independently.

InselLabor is offered as a straightforward utility. It is provided by Marlene Eberhardt. No silent advertising identifier harvest is built into the product template.

Local records

Information you enter is processed to provide the features visible in the app. Drafts, lists, settings and similar objects live in the app sandbox. Deleting an item in the UI removes that record from the live database. Uninstalling InselLabor removes data stored only in its local container.

Network and Apple services

The app may make network requests to retrieve app content or configuration, communicate with Apple platform services, and open support or legal resources. A feature that sends user-entered information to an external service should identify that behavior in its interface. App Store privacy disclosures for the submitted version provide the applicable data categories.

Viewing this page in a browser is separate from using the app. The page does not require an InselLabor account.

Rights, in practice

You can:

edit or delete your entries from the same screens that created them, when those screens ship;
export or share a file only after you tap an explicit share/export control;
refuse optional tracking prompts if a future build ever presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency dialog — the current product contract does not require advertising tracking.

Use an available in-app deletion control to remove content created in the app. Uninstall the app to remove data stored only in its local container.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continuing to use InselLabor after a material change posted on this URL constitutes notice of the new text for store-listing purposes. Significant in-app behaviour changes should also appear in the App Store privacy labels for that version.
