By using InselLabor you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.
You must be able to form a contract under the law of your country and must comply with Apple's age rules for the storefront. InselLabor is a general-audience utility on iOS; it is not a medical device, legal advisor, or emergency service.
InselLabor provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates. It is a local-first application: it should remain useful without an operator-run account system unless a later store version clearly adds one.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Harassment, infringement, and attempts to disrupt Apple platform services are out of scope for permitted use.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marlene Eberhardt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Germany.
You may stop using InselLabor at any time by deleting it. We may cease distribution through Apple. Provisions that by nature should survive (licence limits, disclaimers, liability allocation) survive deletion of the app.
