InselLabor is a local product on iOS. Most issues are resolved by naming the exact screen, the button you used, and what you expected to happen. There is no in-app live chat in the default product.
Security-sensitive reports (someone else accessing your Apple ID, fraudulent charges) should go to Apple as well as to the address below when an address is published.
Please include your app version and iOS version if reporting a problem.
Screenshots, VoiceOver behaviour, Dynamic Type size, and whether Reduce Motion is on. Do not send backups of the whole device.

Did the issue start after an OS update? Does it happen only with a large library of items?
Store review teams can use the same mailbox. Include that you are reviewing InselLabor when that is the case.
